What I did is I paid for a guide to gain access to trails not open to the public. If you have been there before, you can drive yourself on a certain path. Or, near the visitor center, there are a bunch of booths,. They are selling guided tours into restricted areas. Or the other option is pay more money to be on a photographic tour.
