Boiling

You need a deep pot to do this because the foam will grow and grow like the Blob and will over flow. So, you need to stand over this process. First, I boiled 7 1/2 cups of water then add the puree. BE CAREFUL! the puree will splatter all over because of the height of the tall pot. I had my rubber gloves and long sleeve shirt on. Once, the "Blob" reaches the top. You kill the heat and let the foam shrink. then, re-heat for another eight minutes.
Second batch: I poured the puree into a bowl large enough to hold everything but small enough to be placed into the pot thus eliminating the splatter by pouring the puree slowly into the hot water.
