Coit Tower
Coit Tower, also known as the Lillian Coit Memorial Tower, is a 210-foot tower in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California.
You can drive up but parking is limited. You can take the bus if you know the Muni system. Or you can walk which I did. Walking from Pier 39, you have to climb a lot of stairs on the east side. Once there, you pay 8 dollars for an elevator ride which does not go all the way to the top. You have to go up some stairs . But, it is worth it. It was a clear day and the views were absolutely gorgeous.
