  • humpbacks-Of all my trips out to the Monterey Bay, this is has to best ever. A Humpback whale came over to our boat and stared at us. Of course, we stared back(&took pictures). This creature was very curious and he checked us out. So the next series of photos is this humpback studied our boat and us. We cannot under estimate the intelligence of these whales.( Plus, I got blasted by the blow hole- it was very stinky but how many people can say they got squirted by humpback at point blank range.)
